Ability Employment has been finding work for people with a disability for over 10 years. It is our aim to make sure we work for you, which means your program with us is tailored to suit you.

The most important part of our work is helping you keep a job once you've got one.

We won't leave you until you think you are ready to work without our
help. Even then we can come back if something in your work changes.

Our term of professional Employment Consultants and On the Job Trainers can:

  • help you identify what sort of work suits you
  • develop resumes
  • help you find work
  • provide one on one support and specialized work training
  • Identify training that will make you a better worker
